Sorry for the delay in sending this but I just wanted to say a huge thanks for all your help on our trip to Palm Cove (Villa Paradiso) back in August.  I cannot recommend your company highly enough - the level of service you provided was outstanding and the quality of the car seats & toys was excellent!  And the fact you managed to get a cot to us at such short notice was awesome.  Thank you so much - I'll be recommending you to anyone visiting the region and will definately use you again next time we visit.

Thank you so much for the cot and change table – pink sheets and the little toys were a lovely touch and E. slept like a dream in it.  She also learned to roll over but I don’t think we can hold the cot responsible ;-).   It is a great service and worth the money vis a vis other charges we have paid to hire portacots.  Many thanks!

"We just want to say thanks for everything you did. It was really great to not have to worry about shopping once we arrived. To come into an apartment with everything all packed away was a bonus as well.

We really loved the fact that all the baby stuff was all set up, the cot with the change mat was fantastic. The bonus toys were good quality too. It's really nice to know you can go away without having to lug all your paraphernalia with you and still feel like you have all the comforts of home.

Thanks again. We'll recommend you for anyone we know who's travelling up that way.

"We had a wonderful time in Cairns and part of the reason we had such a good time was thanks to you! You put in so much effort to make our stay comfortable and relaxing, it really blew us away! It was like we were just stepping into our own home and the little added extras that you put in did not go un-noticed. Wow, thank you so much for everything! "A big thank you for your service. Without the swing/cradle I wouldn’t have gotten Davy settled and during the day the activity centre was great as we could relax on the balcony without having to worry about what he was touching.  Thanks also for recommending the safety rail, Rebecca had enough trouble getting to sleep in a new environment let alone worrying about falling out of bed.  Keep up the good service.
